Many of the books and merchandise items available through my website are from limited stock supplied to me by my publisher or are small quantities held specifically for my author work. Once these items have sold, they may not be available again.

Because stock availability is limited, exchanges or swaps are not possible. Please take care when placing your order and check that you have selected the correct item before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it and I will do my best to resolve the problem.

For change-of-mind returns, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Signed copies are prepared especially for readers and may include a personal signature. These cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

A Note on International Shipping:
Because I am a small, independent seller, international postage and customs fees can unfortunately be incredibly high. To ensure I don't lose money on the books themselves, I’ve had to set realistic flat rates for orders outside the UK. I promise to keep reviewing these costs and will lower them the moment more affordable shipping options become available. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting my work!

Places on masterclasses/workshops are limited and require planning, preparation and time set aside specifically for participants.

If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the masterclass/workshop are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable. However, if I’m able to fill your place, I’ll offer a refund or transfer to a future date.

If I need to cancel, you will be offered either a transfer to a future date or a full refund.

Places on online courses are limited and require preparation, planning and dedicated time.

I provide talks and author events for secondary schools, universities, libraries and bookshops, both online and in person.

Talk fees vary depending on the type of event, location, preparation required and any additional arrangements needed. Full details, including fees, practical requirements, will be agreed in writing before an event is confirmed.

If you need to cancel or rearrange a confirmed booking, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice given, the agreed fee and any preparation or costs already incurred. The applicable cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

If I need to cancel, I will give as much notice as possible and offer either an alternative date or a full refund of any fees paid.

Mentorship places are limited and involve dedicated time, preparation, reading and personalised support.

The full programme details, fees, payment arrangements and relevant terms will be provided before booking is confirmed.

If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. Preparation work on your materials starts within 48 hours of payment being received, and so fees may be retained to cover the work undertaken and time committed. Once the first Zoom call has been undertaken, fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.

If I need to cancel or am unable to deliver the agreed programme, I will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative or provide a refund for any portion of the programme that I am unable to deliver.

I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to discuss a cancellation, transfer or change to a booking, please contact me as soon as possible.

Cancellation, refund and transfer arrangements vary depending on the service booked and the notice given.

I will always aim to be fair and reasonable, while recognising that time, preparation and resources may already have been committed. Any requests arising from exceptional circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.

If I need to cancel or make a significant change to a confirmed booking, I will give as much notice as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative. Where I am unable to deliver the agreed service, any refund or alternative arrangement will be handled in accordance with the terms of your booking and applicable consumer law.

All online course content, masterclass/workshop resources and mentorship materials remain my intellectual property and are provided for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.
